全校学生(人数限制为300人,报满即止)
活动将分流出发,不统一集中,先到先比赛。

各组别男女子组录取前八名。
证书将在活动结束后通知领取。

九、比赛规则
(一)短距离定向赛
1.以个人短距离定向赛为形式,按规定路线执行,漏点,打错点成绩无效,到达终点即完成赛事,按参赛各组别分男子组、女子组成绩各取前八名。
2.队员按照参赛地图上的打卡点顺序指示去寻找到访打卡,(如下图所示)。

(三)参赛队员须遵守公共秩序、交通规则及活动要求,严禁使用交通工具,爱护校园环境,如有违反,取消活动资格。
(四)出发形式采取分批出发。 先到先出发。
十、活动须知
1、参赛同学须自愿参加本次活动。具有完全行为能力,无患有包括但不限于心脏病、高血压、哮喘、精神病等任何不适宜参与本活动疾病的身体健康人员。若选手隐瞒疾病或病史,强行参加,后果自负;
2、选手在活动过程中须做到文明参与,自觉维护现场公共秩序,遵守社会公德,不得对他人进行人身攻击,不得违法或者有背于社会公德,并在活动过程中发扬互助友爱的精神,使活动顺利进行;
3、选手保证在整个活动过程中爱护自然环境,不随地抛洒、丢弃垃圾,所有垃圾都要打包带走;
4、选手须自觉遵守所到打卡点的现场秩序及相关规定,不应对所经之处的公共秩序产生不良影响;
5、活动组织方有权根据天气、人员情况对活动作出适当调整;
6、活动所有事宜解释权归组委会所有。
十一、参赛提醒
1、关注活动期间的天气情况,做好防晒、防雨的准备;
2、提前学习如何避免和处理运动损伤,如水泡、抽筋、崴脚等;
3、体能不佳时及时休息,保持精神饱满。
十二、责任声明
本活动是一项高负荷、大强度、耐力活动,具有一定风险,对参加者身体状况有较高的要求,参加者应身体健康,有长期参加徒步锻炼或训练的基础。有以下疾病患者不宜参加活动:
1、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者;
2、高血压和脑血管疾病患者;
3、心肌炎和其他心脏病患者;
4、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者;
5、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者;
6、两周内发热感冒者;
7、其它不适合运动的疾病患者。

Competition time: 15:00-17:00 p.m. on May 9, 2024
Competition venue: The Event Center is set in the Wind And Rain Playground and the competition venue in the campus of Southern University of Science and Technology.

VI. Participants
All the students (the number of students is limited to 300 until the number is full)
Activities will be split, not centralized, first come first competition.
VII. Admission Rank and Reward Setting
The top eight male and female children of each group will be admitted.
The certificate will be notified at the end of the event.
Note: This competition can be certified to participate in the sports competition activities of the physical education course.
VIII. Registration and Registration
(I) The activity will be registered in a personal way, and the two-dimensional code will be scanned for registration.

2. Receive the competition index card (the competition index card shall be returned to the result entry after the competition)
IX. Rules of Competition
(I) Short Distance Orientation
1. In the form of individual short-distance orientation competition, it shall be carried out according to the specified route. The missing points or the wrong points shall be invalid. The competition shall be completed upon reaching the end. The competition shall be divided into the men’s group and the women’s group according to the participating groups, taking the top eight respectively.
2. The team members shall search and find the punch card according to the order on the participation map (as shown in the figure below).

(III) Participants must abide by public order, traffic rules and activity requirements. It is strictly prohibited to use vehicles and take good care of the campus environment. In case of violation, they will be disqualified.
(IV) Departure in batches. First come, first out.
X. Activity Instructions
1. Students participating in the competition must voluntarily participate in this activity, who shall have full capacity and are not physically healthy persons suffering from any disease including but not limited to heart disease, hypertension, asthma and mental illness. If the competitor conceals the disease or medical history and forcibly participates, the consequences shall be borne by the competitor;
2. The athletes shall participate in the activity in a civilized manner, consciously maintain the public order on the scene, observe social ethics, do not attack others, violate the law or deviate from the social ethics, but to carry forward the spirit of mutual help and love during the activity, so that the activity can be carried out smoothly;
3. During the whole activity, the competitors shall protect the natural environment, do not throw or discard the garbage, all the garbage shall be packed and taken away;
4. The competitor shall consciously abide by the on-site order and relevant regulations at the punch point, also shall not have any adverse effect on the public order where they pass;
5. The activity organizer has the right to make appropriate adjustment to the activity according to the weather and personnel conditions;
6. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to explain all matters of the activity.
XI. Competition Reminder
1. Follow the weather conditions during the activity and make preparations for sun protection and rain protection;
2. Learn in advance how to avoid and deal with sports injuries, e.g., blisters, cramps and sprain;
3. In case of poor physical fitness, take a rest in time to motivate the spirit.
XII. Responsibility Statement
The competition is a high-load, high-intensity and endurance activity with certain risks, with higher requirements on the physical condition. The participants shall be healthy and have the basis for long-term hiking exercise or training. Patients with the following diseases should not participate in the activity:
1. Patients with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. Patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Patients with myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4. Patients with coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
5. Diabetic patients with too high or too low blood sugar;
6. Fever and cold within two weeks;
7. Patients with other diseases unsuitable for exercise.
