l 单项达标赛
男子：50米（蝶、仰、蛙、自），100米（蛙、自），200米混合泳
女子：50米（蝶、仰、蛙、自），100米（蛙、自），200米混合泳
七、参赛方法
每人限报2项，以时间记录个人比赛成绩（精确到千分之一秒），用时最少运动员名次列前，每人只有一次机会，以一次成绩为准，比赛采用人工计时裁判。
报名参赛的运动员请先扫描右侧二维码进行报名，再扫描左侧二维码加入赛事群。
报名截止时间：5月10日，下午18:00前
运动员及裁判员完成参赛可认证通识体育课校内体育竞赛分数一次。

八、竞赛规则
一、出发
1, 当发令员发出"各就位"的口令后,运动员应做好出发准备,运动员在听到"出发信号"(鸣哨—各就位—鸣枪)后才能做出发动作；
2, 运动员可采用水中出发或跳台出发，出发时运动员必须一手或双手接触出发台；
3, 出发后,运动员潜泳距离不得超过15米,在15米前运动员的头部必须露出水面；
4，到达终点时运动员必须双手触壁。
二、各组别所有项目均进行一次性完赛。
三、如遇意外受伤、体力不支、感觉身体不适无法完成比赛时，参赛人员可以选择退出比赛；在比赛的过程中，出现争议或其它特殊情况，由执行总裁判判决处置。
四、各项比赛不足三名运动员以上参加，则取消该项目竞赛。
九、参赛奖励
通过《南方科技大学游泳通级赛等级标准》的运动员颁发通级证书。（一级、二级、三级）
十、裁判员安排
裁判员由主办单位负责选派，参赛裁判员可认证通识体育课校内体育竞赛参赛分数一次。
十一、保障及安全
比赛期间救生由物业部门指派专职救生员保障，校医院负责突发伤病的紧急处理。
十二、本规程解释权归属南方科技大学体育中心，未尽事宜另行通知。

VI. Competition Program
l Individual Standard Competition
Men: 50m (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle), 100m (Breaststroke, Freestyle), 200m Medley
Women: 50 meters (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle), 100 meters (Breaststroke, Freestyle), 200 meters Medley.
VII. Participation Method
Each person is limited to report 2 items, to time record individual race results (accurate to one thousandth of a second), the athlete with the least time ranked first, each person has only one opportunity to one time results shall prevail, the game using manual timing referee.
Athletes who register for the competition should scan the QR code on the right to register first, and then scan the QR code on the left to join the race group.
Application deadline: May 10, before 18:00 pm
Athletes and referees can certify the score of Intramural Sports Competition of Liberal Studies Physical Education Course once for completing the competition.

VIII. Competition rules
(1) Departure
1. When the starter gives the command "all in position", athletes should be ready for the start. Athletes can only do the starting action after hearing the "starting signal" (whistle - all in position - shotgun);
2. Athletes may start in the water or by jumping from a platform. When starting, athletes must touch the platform with one or both hands;
3. After the start, the athlete may not dive more than 15 meters and the athlete's head must be out of the water before 15 meters;
4. When reaching the finish line, the athlete must touch the wall with one or both hands;
(2) All events in each category will be held in a one-time finish.
(3) In case of accidental injury, physical exhaustion, or feeling unwell and unable to finish the race, participants may choose to withdraw from the race; in the course of the race, if there are disputes or other special circumstances, the referee team will decide to dispose of them.
(4) If there are less than three athletes participating in each competition, the competition will be canceled.
IX. Entry reward
Athletes who pass the SUST Swimming Pass Level Criteria are awarded a pass certificate. (Level I, II, III)
X. Referee Arrangement
Referees will be selected by the organizing organization, and participating referees may certify points for one entry in an intramural sports competition in the Liberal Studies Physical Education program.
XI. Security and Safety
During the tournament, lifeguards will be assigned by the property department, and the hospital will be responsible for the emergency treatment of sudden injuries and illnesses.
XII. The interpretation of these rules belongs to the Center for Physical Education of Southern University of Science and Technology, and will be notified of any unresolved issues.
